A LETTER FROM THE OWNERS

Effective March 15, 2010 the entity KELLY & SORGE INC. will cease to exist. The company name, logo, and slogan will be retired in conjunction with Indiana Subchapter-S Corporation guidelines. Matthew Kelly and Landon Sorge will continue to service their former clients.

TO OUR CLIENTS

You are the heart and spirit of this business, and without you we would be formerly nonexistent. Words cannot express our gratitude towards your loyalty during the past eight months. Thank you for your support and encouragement as we have traveled on our paths of higher education and to become prominent young businessman. Our role as leaders in the pursuit of perfection has come to an end as business partners. However we will we continue to operate, only it will be in a different form.

You have supplied us with the ability to operate in a professional and organized manner. Thank you for your outstanding products and services that helped our company become a well-recognized business. You will receive a letter of explanation to the dissolution in the mail.

TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

You have truly recognized our blood and sweat which we poured into our business. Thank you for your support, love, and faith. We respect you all and desire your respect and support in all of our future endeavors.
